Custom order parts are available for many items(minimum order quantity required)
Available items are pickups, pickup parts, bridges, hard wares, pickguards, knobs, pots,
electric parts and more.

We will continue to add new items to our web site.
If you cannot find the specific part(s) you are looking for in our catalog, check our web site
or send us an e-mail.
Shipping
Standard shipping method is UPS-Ground. However, upon customer's request,
we can ship USPS, FedEx, Airborne etc.
Overseas Shipping
Overseas shipping is available i.e.. UPS, FedEx, DHL, Airborne and USPS.
Freight Collect and Prepaid methods are available for Express services.

Return
If we make a delivery mistake, please notify us promptly.
We will re-deliver the correct item(s) at our expense. You may request a refund or exchange
in 15 days from the date of invoice.
An immediate refund or exchange will be made, as long as the items are no defects.
If the delivery container appears to be damaged in shipping, please contact the shipper immediately.
Please contact us for an RA (Return Authorization) prior to shipment.
